VA Data Intake

VA Data Intake → Survey Production · PWS Subtask 2.1 → 2.2 / 2.3

The VA furnishes the data. We produce the survey submissions.

This is the front of the real data flow: the VA delivers its employee data extract (Subtask 2.1 — Government-furnished, not collected facility-by-facility). The platform reads it, de-identifies it to counts and rates, and reformats it into each commercial publisher's submission template — the survey participation the contract pays for (Subtasks 2.2 / 2.3).

The sample is a synthetic 1,000-employee extract modeled on OPM EHRI / FedScope structure (pay plan, occupation series, grade, pay system, duty station, base salary, locality, premium, FTE). No real people.

Privacy & the real flow. The VA-furnished extract is employee-level; the platform aggregates it to de-identified counts and ratesbefore anything leaves — no individual is ever submitted. This is the contract’s actual “survey submission” (Subtask 2.3): the contractor responds to the commercial publishers on VHA’s behalf. Facilities and HR specialists are consumers of the results, not respondents.See the publisher format detail

Sample extract and all values are synthetic and illustrative. Submissions are de-identified counts and rates; productivity columns (e.g., wRVUs) come from a separate productivity-survey feed and show as Not Reported here. Exact publisher codes and templates reconcile at award.
