Run the entire FY2026 survey cycle from one screen.
This is the program office's view — the live distribution campaign (tokenized invitations, reminders, escalation), role-based access, the security posture, the immutable audit trail, and (for the platform owner) the cloud survey-data store and file ingest. The campaign engine is real: rows persist to the cloud store, actions send tokenized email invitations, and certified submissions flip the board automatically. Seeded @va.gov rows simulate their sends to protect deliverability — add a coordinator with a real address to watch a live invitation arrive.
The conduct-§7451 campaign — optional capability. The PWS baseline coordinates §7451 from national data (facilities consume results); this console demonstrates running locally administered facility surveys end-to-end if the VA elects that model (RFI Q3). The baseline submission flow lives in Survey Participation.
